Authorization from Reeves Customer Service is required prior to any return. A return request must be initiated by January 1, 2026. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
To contact Reeves International Customer Service please email ecommercedept@reevesintl.com with your contact information, order number, the item number you wish to return, reason for the return, and images of any damage or defect if applicable.
A Return Authorization Number will then be provided which must be clearly placed on all shipping cartons being returned. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in saleable, new and unused, condition.
Refunds are strictly limited to merchandise price only. All shipping and handling fees are excluded. A refund will be issued against the original method of payment once merchandise is received.
Freight for all returned merchandise is solely the responsibility of the customer unless it is specifically a Reeves error or a factory defect.
